Degree Apprenticeships
Earn whilst you learn with one of our degree apprenticeships, offered in partnership with Nottingham Trent University. You could become one of our future leaders on the Chartered Management degree apprenticeship, or, if you are more interested in the technical side of food, you can undertake the Food Industry Technical Professional degree apprenticeship and learn more about the science of food production to become a leader in our Technical team.
Graduates
Our Technical Graduate programme is designed to introduce graduates with a food science (or related) degree to the food manufacturing industry, providing a 2-year rotational programme across different roles at a variety of our sites, supporting you to gain the experience you need to be an effective Technical leader.
For budding accountants, we also offer a 3-year Graduate programme in our Finance team, which provides you with a post graduate CIMA/AAT qualification upon completion.
Engineering Apprenticeships
Our Engineers play a vital role, not only in keeping our machinery operational and safe, but they also help us innovate and find creative solutions to new products and technology.
In partnership with Midland Group Training Services and Selby College, our engineering apprentices train to become fully qualified Food and Drink Maintenance Engineers on a 4-year programme.
Commercial Placement
Our Commercial Placement Programme is designed to provide university students on a sandwich course with a truly meaningful experience in a professional working environment.
This is a 12-month programme where you’ll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain hands-on experience, working alongside industry professionals, in areas such as Logistics, Food, Account Management, or Data Analysis.
Business Administration Apprenticeship
Our Business Administration Apprenticeship is designed to give motivated individuals a meaningful start to their career in finance and administration.
This is a 2-year programme where you’ll gain practical experience and develop essential skills, working alongside experienced professionals in our Finance team.
You’ll learn how finance systems operate, process transactions, manage data, and provide excellent customer service—all while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
