So, being able to understand all career options can allow you to support in making an informed decision about their next steps.

There are so many different opportunities and options to take when leaving full-time education or deciding to make a change to your career path, whether that be through an apprenticeship or graduate programme. Many people will seek advice from family and friends, who will provide guidance based on their own career journey and decisions.

Education provider’s will also support their students to look at a variety of different options for their future careers. Attending careers fairs or webinars, will help to understand more about a particular career route, employer or sector.
